Welcome to LINGOTYPE™. By accessing or using our linguistic diagnostic engine and related services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you are prohibited from using the platform.

1. Use of Service

LINGOTYPE provides proprietary algorithmic assessments and language acquisition strategic dossiers. You agree to use the service strictly for your personal, non-commercial development. Any attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise exploit the core diagnostic engine is strictly prohibited.

2. Intellectual Property

The "LINGOTYPE" name, logo, diagnostic algorithms (including The Shard Engine and the Archetype Mapping system), and all generated dossiers are the exclusive intellectual property of Hatem Soliman. You are granted a limited, revocable license to view and execute the recommendations in your personal dossier.

3. Payments & Unlocks

All payments for premium dossiers and strategic unblocks are processed via secure third-party gateways (DodoPayments). Due to the digital and instantaneous nature of the strategic intelligence provided, all sales are final.
